Local Workforce Development Board Chief Elected Official Conflict of Interest Attestation Form Instructions

Iowa Workforce Development shall, once every two years, certify one Local Workforce Development Board (WDB) for each Local Workforce Development Area in the state.  Certification includes the completion of the CEO Conflict of Interest Attestation.
