The public comment period for the Region 3-4 local plan has ended. Those public comments that were timely submitted will be considered and appropriate changes to the Region 3-4 Plan will be made. The final version of the Region 3-4 Plan must be submitted to and approved by the Governor. That final Region 3-4 Plan will be posted on this webpage upon its approval by the Governor.
