Request for Proposal Overview
Region 16 Workforce Board has joined Region 9 Workforce Board to form the Mississippi Valley Workforce Area. The Mississippi Valley Workforce Area is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested and qualified applicants to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth and Young Adult Career Services in the new eight county area.

Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: Miranda Swafford at region16workforceboard@gmail.com no later than 4:00 CST, Monday, August 3, 2020. The last day the Board will post answers to RFP questions will be Thursday, August 6, 2020.
