3. Is the deadline date via the cover page or the timeline on page 32 of the RFP?
Answer: The deadline is November 13, 2020
4. In the budget, is “Profit Cost” the same as indirect costs?
Answer: Profit and indirect costs are separate categories. If you are proposing an indirect rate your Negotiated Indirect Cost Agreement (NICA) will be requested during contract negotiations. Profit guidelines for different entities are outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
