Regarding Brittney/Shawn’s request to extend hours (month of service) submitted 4/21/2021 for the individual working at the Auto Parts Store, Brittney has a follow-up request. Pending a re-evaluation of the client, it was determined the original request would be “put on hold”. Following the re-evaluation, Brittney proposed the month time limit be lifted from the current approved request so he can continue to access the 50 hours. There should be around 20 hours left from what has already been used. Brittney’s update stated “J. has worked all week and seems to be doing fairly well at this point. The job coach suggested that he does not need intensive job coaching at this point as the auto parts store has some good employees who are trying to help him be successful. The job coach believes at the time that J. is really looking more for someone to talk with rather than help with issues. He would definitely benefit from continued job coaching though on a more limited basis such as an hour here or there, spot check so to speak.”
