The Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Board is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested and qualified applicants to provide the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth & Young Adult Program.
Questions and Answers
Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: Taylor Williams, no later than 4 p.m. CST, Thursday, February 1, 2024. Questions will be responded to in writing and posted on this website. The last day the Board will post answers to RFP questions will be Thursday, February 8, 2024.
Proposals Submission Deadline
All proposals are due by Friday, February 23, 2024, no later than 12:00 p.m. CST. Please submit proposals via email to Taylor Williams. Proposals submitted after 12:00 p.m. CST will not be accepted. Please click on the links below to view the RFPs:
