South Central Iowa
The South Central Iowa Workforce Development Board provides visionary leadership and oversight to workforce development in the South Central Iowa Local Workforce Development Area consisting of Appanoose, Davis, Hardin, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Marshall, Monroe, Poweshiek, Tama, Van Buren, Wapello, and Wayne counties. CEO members are elected officials from the fourteen county area, while LWDB members are leaders from business, labor, economic development, government, public assistance, education, youth and community based organizations.
